At Kaiju Nutrients, we are committed to delivering your products quickly and efficiently. Please read the following details to understand our shipping processes and timelines.

Shipping for Products

  • MEGAFLORA & MEGABLOOM:
    These products are stocked in both the UK and the US. Orders will be dispatched from the nearest warehouse, ensuring delivery within the usual postal timescales for your country.

  • MEGAFAUNA:
    Initially, MEGAFAUNA will be shipped from the UK. International delivery times may vary depending on your location. We recommend allowing additional time for customs clearance if applicable.

Processing Times

  • Orders placed before [insert cut-off time, e.g., 12 PM GMT] will be processed and dispatched the same business day whenever possible.

  • Orders placed after the cut-off time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • UK Shipping: 2–5 business days.

  • US Shipping: 3–7 business days for MEGAFLORA and MEGABLOOM. For MEGAFAUNA, allow up to 10–15 business days.

  • International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please allow additional time for customs processing where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Customs and Import Duties

For orders outside the UK:

  • Customs or import duties may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our shipping fees.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Kaiju Nutrients, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you may return it in accordance with the following terms:

Your Right to Cancel

  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation, and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods without giving any reason.

Returns Eligibility

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when they were received.

  • Products that have been opened or used are not eligible for a refund unless they are faulty.

  • Perishable or time-sensitive items are not eligible for return.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

  • If your product arrives faulty or damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt by contacting info@kaijunutrients.com with your order number and details of the issue.

  • We may request photographic evidence of the damage to process your return efficiently.

Return Process

  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your item.

  3. Items must be returned within 14 days of the return approval.

  4. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 14 days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or faulty item).

Exchanges
